Marjorie S. Baker joined the firm in 2002. Ms. Baker’s main areas of practice are probate and trust administration. Ms. Baker oversees the administration of both large and small estates and deals with conservatorships and guardianships. Ms. Baker prepares all federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baker served as the clerk for the Probate Judge, Division One, of the Shelby County Probate Court, Memphis, Tennessee.

Ms. Baker received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1999 and her law degree from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2002.

Ms. Baker is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Association, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and the Junior League of Memphis.
