Robert D. Malin joined the firm in 2011.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Management from Maryville College in 2005. After receiving his undergraduate
degree, he worked in the mortgage and finance industry for two years.

In May of 2011, he graduated tenth in his class, magna cum laude, from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.  He is a former clerk for the Honorable Judge
Robert S. Benham, Division One of the Shelby County Probate Court.  He was also an extern for the Memphis AreaLegal Services Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.

Rob’s main areas of interest are probate, elder law and tax and estate planning.

He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations.
