C. Michael Adams, Jr., is a partner with the firm of Williams, McDaniel, Wolfe, and Womack, practicing primarily in the areas estate planning, asset protection planning, taxation, wills and trusts, and probate administration. Mr. Adams is a Certified Estate Planning Specialist Attorney and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Estate Planning. He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Memphis Law School, and is a frequent lecturer on estate planning to legal, accounting and financial professionals in greater Memphis area.  He has also been quoted by the Memphis Business Journal on estate planning.

Mr. Adams is a past co-Chair and current board member of the Wills and Trusts Section of the Memphis Bar Association. He has served on the board of the Allied Professionals Conference from 2006-2012 and is past-president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals in Memphis. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Memphis, and the Memphis Chapter of NAIFA.

Mr. Adams received his Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, in 1990.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis, School of Law in 1997.  He received a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Estate Planning, from the University of Miami in 1998.

Mr. Adams is active in the Memphis Humane Society and is a Past President of the Memphis Chapter of the Spring Hill College Alumni.  Mr. Adams is an avid runner and played rugby for Spring Hill College while attending there.
