Originally founded by Bob T. Williams as a real estate law firm, we continue the tradition of providing a broad spectrum of services in both individual residential and commercial real estate. Since our founding we have been and continue to be agents for Chicago Title Insurance Company which is now part of the Fidelity National Title Group (Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Fidelity National Title and Ticor Title). In addition, we are authorized title examiners for all major title insurance companies providing title insurance in the Mid-South.

In addition, with our firm’s estate planning, probate and mediation practices we understand and routinely handle real property matters for trusts and estates and as part of the mediation and settlement process.
